Home Visits

Those unable to attend surgery:

If you require a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 10.00am if possible.

If you are unable to attend the Medical Centre during surgery hours due to illness or infirmity the duty doctor can be contacted on 01544 267 985. Our reception team will ask you some questions about why you are requesting a home visit. This will help us direct you to the right person to help you, which may not always be a GP.

You do not have to give this information, but it will support a clinician in planning the home visit. The clinician may sometimes decide that it would be more appropriate for the patient to be seen in the surgery.

After the Surgery Has Closed:

OUT OF HOURS
