Accessing a Doctor out of Surgery Hours: 6.30pm – 8.00am

If you have a severe problem such as difficulty in breathing, chest pains or heavy bleeding you should call 999. 

If you need care that cannot wait until the surgery is open, please ring 111 which is a free number. If phoning from a mobile you may be unable to contact this number – you will then need to phone 0345 46 47 instead.

Telephone advice on a range of medical conditions is available from NHS Direct 24 hours a day. Their number is 111.

Accessing a Doctor during Surgery Hours: 8.00am – 6.30pm

If you have an urgent problem during surgery time the Receptionist will make the GP’s on site aware and your care will be prioritised accordingly. Please note:  in an urgent situation the receptionists are trained to ask some specific questions so that they can put you through to the right person.
