Complaints

Suggestions for improving the service are always welcomed.  They can be communicated verbally or in writing to the Practice Manager, through the duty receptionist, or via the feedback page on this website.

If, however, you have a complaint please write to the Practice Manager who will respond to you within 2 working days to acknowledge receipt of your letter and you’ll receive a full response within 30 working days.

If you prefer to talk to someone who is not directly involved in your care you can contact the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
